Ethiopia / UA: Angola, Mozambique tune up cooperation mechanisms

The fact was stressed Thursday in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, by the Mozambican minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Jose Candungua Pacheco, who said that there is now a "frank progress" in political and economic exchange.
The Mozambican official, one of the three authorities received by the Angolan Foreign Minister, Manuel Augusto, on the sidelines of the 32nd Ordinary Session of the Executive Committee of the African Union (AU), said that the two governments have already defined strategic and priority areas for mutual development , but never "closed the other economic and social areas".
He also said that there is an interest in continuing to invest in infrastructure and strengthening cooperation in the field of energy to ensure that the industrialization process takes place swiftly.
